Our History and Values
We are a second generation family Real Estate Investment Company, focused on multi-family and industrial properties in Northern and Southern California. From our humble beginning of duplexes and four-plexes—to our extensive dive into commercial buildings from San Francisco to the East Bay and into Los Angeles and San Diego, we recognize the hard work it takes to establish a long-standing business model for owning, operating and managing.
